**Every single item on Mork's Planet is print to order, that is why we do not exchange or offer refunds, unless there is a print quality issue.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor/printer.
You the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printer/vendor and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself the end customer.
Return orders left unclaimed won't be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity (without us issuing a refund).
We are a very tiny team of 2-4 people running the entire company. We partner up with vendors that we select who print and then ship the items to you.
We are print on demand company. We do not keep inventory of any of the items. When you place an order that is when the fulfillment process starts.
We direct our vendors to pick the item(s) then your item gets printed, goes through a quality check then gets packed up and shipped out to you. This process can take up to 5-14 days, plus shipping time, which can add on another 2 weeks depending on shipping destination.
Due to Covid-19 our fulfillments and shipping times have been extended to 3-5 weeks depending on locations.
Every single item on Mork's Planet is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print prior to shipping.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Please contact your local post office or delivery service regarding your package. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in this case. If the tracking says, 'delivered', we generally have no case against the carrier. Please check with neighbors or ask your local delivery person to see if anyone can locate the package. Packages are scanned every step of the way, in most cases, the package tends to show up.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Our fulfillment partners are still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping can take longer than usual.
Times for fulfillment and shipping are about 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and 3-5 weeks for international orders from the date order is placed.
